Refund Policy

All rent is due on the (1st day of the month / Anniversary date). If your unit is occupied on or after the (1st day of the month / Anniversary date), full rent is due for that month. If you unit is occupied after that day of the month no refunds will be given.

All refunds will be (rebated/prorated) according to signed contract.
